The
Grand Hall & Grand Dining Room Are both available for rent.
We
are located in the heart of Surf City (just minutes to the 8 miles
of sandy beaches) and are an ideal venue for weddings and special
events.

The Grand Hall seats up to 200 people. We have (60 inch) round
tables that seat 8 guests comfortably. The Grand Hall has fabulous
amenities such as a private foyer for your entrance and guest
book as well as an elevated stage for your head table. The hall
is newly painted in light colored balanced tones with recessed
lighting that will create a warm setting. It boasts an 18x31 foot
dance floor with a disco ball that makes boogie time a blast.
The cost for the Grand Hall is $1,300.00 for any 5 hour time frame
you choose, but your even must be completed by midnight. You may
purchase an additional hour at $400.00 if you like.
These prices include: tables, chairs, a professionally staffed
fully licensed bar including bartenders & cocktail waitresses,
set up, clean up and carpet cleaning.
The Event Coordinator & Head of Catering will be there to
oversee everything to make sure your planned event runs smoothly
so you are worry free about the details.
The Grand Dining Hall has an intimate setting that can accommodate
up to 125 of your closest family and friends. The cost to rent
the dining room is $1,300.00. The price includes everything mentioned
above.
If you have a lavish guest list you may open up the subdivided
Halls to accommodate up to 325 people. The cost is $1,950.00 for
both halls combined.
Security is also required for your event at an additional cost
of $25.00 to $37.00 per hour per security guard.
We also have an ample parking lot that is just steps off both
Hall entrances that will accommodate 125 cars.A 25% deposit is
required along with a contract to hold any event date, Final payment
is required 10 business days in advance. Following your event,
if there are no additional fees or charges and the event was not
cancelled your deposits will be refunded.
Cigi's Waterfront is the H.B. Elks exclusive catering service.
No outside food, liquor or caterers are permitted.
We understand that your special event is an investment. To assist
