Waterfront Terms of Service
The
Elks Lodge requires a $1,000.00 deposit to hold the day or evening
of your special event. This is due upon contract signing. The
Final payment, which will be room rental fee, is due 12 working
days prior to your event. Following your event, if there are
no additional fees or charges and the event was not canceled,
your initial $1,000.00 deposit will be refunded.
The
Elks Lodge can provide a limited amount of parking spaces for
your event in the private parking lot.
Unfortunately
we are not able to accomodate room rentals to any under-aged
groups, fraternities, sororities, Bar-Mitzvahs, children's birthday
parties, etc. Please call us for more information.
Cigi's
Waterfront is the Elks Lodge exclusive in-house caterer. No
outside food, liquor or caterers are permitted.
